Ingredients:


  •  ½ teaspoon fresh horseradish, grated, or 1 teaspoon horseradish cream
  • 1 portion of Basic Mayonnaise
  • 15-20 Flax and Pumpkin Seed Crackers
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon
  • 1 small handful of dill, to garnish
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place the horseradish and Basic Mayonnaise in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out the crackers and add to each a round of cucumber, a dollop of horseradish mayonnaise, a little smoked salmon, a sprig of dill and a pinch of pepper. Serve immediately.
