My patient didn’t get the emailed link
Please ask your patient to check their junkmail.
If it is not in their junkmail, please visit your Patient Ordering Dashboard to check the email address. You can also resend it to a different email address from your Patient Ordering Dashboard.
How can I edit the displayed practitioner name/s?
The practitioner name that displays when authorising a test is linked to the practitioner we have on file for your RN Labs account / login. If you are one of multiple practitioners working at the same clinic, then select your name from the drop-down list.
If you wish to edit the practitioner names that are linked to your clinic, contact our office and we can edit your information: [email protected] or phone 1800 110 158.
What is the $23 shipping and handling fee?
While there is no charge on delivery of test kits, the $23 shipping and handling fee applies to cover the cost of handling the patient sample and shipping to the lab.
It is added to the cost of the test and prepaid at the checkout when ordering online.
