| STEP 1. Heat quinoa flakes with water on stove top or in microwave, with enough water to cover flakes. |
| STEP 2. Add blueberry and walnuts /flaked almonds when almost cooked or use as a topping. |
| STEP 3. Add a small amount of almond milk until the desired consistency. |
TIP!
Use a 1:3 ratio of quinoa flakes to water (one cup of quinoa flakes to three cups of water). You can then add the almond milk for a creamier and more porridge consistency.
