| 1 teaspoon or more crushed garlic |
| Seasonings according to preference such as: oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, bay leaf |
| Sea salt to taste if needed |
DIRECTIONS |

| STEP 1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. |
| STEP 2. Add vegetables and garlic. Sauté until softened. |
| STEP 3. Add desired dried spices. |
