Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon fresh horseradish, grated, or 1 teaspoon horseradish cream
- 1 portion of Basic Mayonnaise
- 15-20 Flax and Pumpkin Seed Crackers
- 1 small Lebanese cucumber, sliced into rounds
- 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon
- 1 small handful of dill, to garnish
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place the horseradish and Basic Mayonnaise in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Lay out the crackers and add to each a round of cucumber, a dollop of horseradish mayonnaise, a little smoked salmon, a sprig of dill and a pinch of pepper. Serve immediately.
