Patients who contact Research Nutrition with questions on their healthcare will be referred back to their practitioner. Test results are released to practitioners ONLY. Patients are unable to contact Research Nutrition to obtain their results. Please ensure you contact your practitioner for any such enquires while you conduct your test and to follow up with the results.

How long will it take for my test kit to arrive?
- Brisbane/Gold Coast: 1-3 business days
- Sydney & Melbourne: 2-4 business days
- Other areas in QLD, NSW, & VIC: 3-5 business days
- SA, NT, WA: 2-5 business days
TIP: It is advised to provide an address where someone is there during business hours, to ensure the parcel arrives safely.

Once I return my sample to Research Nutrition, how long before I get the results?
Note - We cannot send results directly to the patient. Only your practitioner can explain your results to you.
