Terms and Conditions:

1. General

These conditions apply to every sale made by RN Labs to the customer, and any variation should be signed on behalf of RN Labs. RN Labs reserves the right to change the account terms and conditions.

2. Ordering and Dispatch

Our order department is open to receive orders between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm (QLD time) Monday to Friday. Every reasonable attempt will be made to dispatch orders received prior to 12 pm (QLD time) on the day of receipt of order. Orders received after 12 pm (QLD time) will be dispatched the following business day.

3. Freight

Shipping of test kit/s to the client is freight free, however a shipping and handling fee (to cover our administration and shipping to lab) applies to all test kit orders and must be paid at the time of test kit ordering. This is displayed clearly at the checkout when ordering online.

 4. Credits and Returns

No credit will be processed for returned goods unless:

  • The goods were supplied in error, incorrectly addressed or were damaged in transit and
  • A request for credit is lodged within 2 days of receipt of product, providing invoice reference and date of order and
  • The goods are returned within 7 days.

5. Refunds for unsubmitted test kits

Requests for a refund on an unsubmitted test must be made no more than 30 days after the test kit order. The handling fee will not be refunded.

6. Out of Stock Items

RN Labs operates a back order system. Out of stock items will be back-ordered and advice given as to expected delivery date. Any back ordered items will be forwarded freight free as soon as they are available.  (Please inform RN Labs if you do not wish to receive back-ordered items).

Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Times

For orders placed before 12pm QLD time, all efforts will be made to have your order dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm QLD time will be dispatched the following day (during business days).

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Brisbane/Gold Coast: 1-2 business days
  • Sydney & Melbourne: 2-3 business days
  • Other areas in QLD, NSW, and VIC: 3-5 business days
  • SA, NT: 3-5 business days
  • WA, TAS: 3-5 business days

Stated delivery times are industry averages provided by our carriers. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Delivery

All orders are sent by express courier.

By default, a signature is required for delivery. We recommend choosing a delivery address where you will be during business hours (such as your workplace).

However, you may opt to have the parcel left at your door – simply select this option at the checkout when ordering online.
