Last update: 28/06/2022
The below information will be updated immediately should there be any changes.
RN Labs is open for business and here to support you.
Due to the increased number of people who are currently unwell or in isolation, please be aware there may be some disruption to our service & deliveries. In particular, we kindly ask for you to keep your patients informed so that their test collection and delivery process can run as smoothly as possible.
As well as the possibility of longer delivery times with outgoing orders, we have also experienced some delays in the return of testing samples. This may affect some patients that have time-sensitive tests.
Update: We are pleased to report that currently, we are not experiencing any delays or disruptions.Time-Sensitive Testing Samples
RN Labs are continuing to operate as usual and most samples are being delivered to us within the required timeframes.
However, should there be any delay in return delivery that affects the viability of the sample, RN Labs will send you/your patient another test kit for recollection at no additional cost.
The time-sensitive tests are listed below. (Any tests that are not listed are not affected).
- All Doctor’s Data Stool Tests, including GI360 & CSA tests
- OAT
- GPL MycoTox
- Methylation Panel
- Red Blood Cell
- Whole Blood Cell
- Precision Aller 88 – serum
- Complete Thyroid
