Ingredients:


  • 2 salmon steaks
  • coconut oil, for brushing
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 quantity of Avocado Salsa
  • pinch of finely chopped fiat-leaf (Italian) parsley, to garnish

Directions

  1. Heat a grill pan over a medium heat. Rub the salmon with some coconut oil and season on both sides with pepper.
  2. Cook the salmon for 2 minutes on each side or until a little pink inside.
  3. Serve the Avocado Salsa with salmon flaked over the top. Garnish with the parsley and extra black pepper.
