Ingredients:


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos or tamari sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon butter or ghee

Directions

  1. Whisk the eggs, fish sauce, coconut aminos and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Melt the butter in a wok or frying pan, then pour one­ sixth of the egg mixture into the pan while swirling until you have a thin crepe.
  3. Flip the crepe and cook for a further 10 seconds, then set aside and repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve immediately.
